Heather Golf Course Turf
Golf course heather turf is popular on heathland and woodland courses. The turf contains a beneficial seed bank with an indigenous heathland soil profile, which can lay dormant for many years, germinating when environmental conditions are suitable.
The heather plants grow tightly packed together and can live up to 40 years or more.
