Delivery FAQs

Delivery of Golf Turf

  • All turf deliveries are bespoke to your requirements. Most of our deliveries are delivered by a pallet courier - however, it’s possible that your delivery could be made on a larger vehicle such as an artic with a Moffett if required.

If access or other restrictions prevent vehicles above a certain size from reaching the delivery address or other offloading or parking restrictions could affect the delivery, please let us know when you place your order so that special arrangements can be made.

The surface must be flat and level for deliveries made without a Moffett. Turf can be very heavy, so the driver cannot push or pull goods on a slope or uneven surface.

Because the pallet trolley has small wheels, pallets cannot be delivered onto soil, grass or gravel – a tarmac or paved surface is required.

  • Pallets can be saved or disposed, this is up to you as they are now yours.

  • The turf must be laid on the day that it is delivered. We can deliver from Tuesday to Friday, and a delivery time block can be requested when you confirm your order.

  • Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, weather conditions), deliveries can be delayed.

If this happens, we will do our best to make sure that we keep you updated to let you know what is happening.
